MacroRx+ Privacy Policy

MacroRx+ is operated by Power of Margin, LLC d/b/a MacroRx+ (“MacroRx+,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit MacroRxPlus.com, contact us, create an account, purchase a membership, or participate in the MacroRx+ nutrition coaching program (the “Program”).
MacroRx+ also collects information related to nutrition, body composition, wellness, and other information that may constitute “consumer health data” under certain state privacy laws. Please also review our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which provides additional information and rights concerning that data.

1. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with MacroRx+, we may collect the following categories of information.
Contact and Account Information
This may include your:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Account username and related account information; and
- Communications with MacroRx+.
Membership and Transaction Information
When you purchase or maintain a membership, we may collect information such as:
- Membership type;
- Membership start, renewal, cancellation, and expiration information;
- Amounts charged;
- Order and transaction information;
- Payment status; and
- Limited information concerning the payment method used.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. MacroRx+ does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in its ordinary membership records.
Intake and Coaching Information
To provide the Program, we collect information you submit through our intake process and during your coaching relationship. This may include body measurements, nutrition and activity information, weight history and goals, food preferences or avoidances, lifestyle information, eligibility information, and information used to develop and adjust your Macro Prescription.

Contact Form Information
If you contact us through our website, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, the contents of your message, and related communications.
Community and Communications Information
If you participate in a MacroRx+ member community or communicate with a coach, we may process information you choose to post or provide, including nutrition reports, progress information, questions, comments, photographs, screenshots, or other content.
Information you voluntarily post to a member community may be visible to other members of that community.
Website, Device, and Security Information
When you use our website, our systems and service providers may automatically receive information such as:
- IP address;
- Browser and device information;
- Pages or features accessed;
- Dates and times of access;
- Referring information;
- Cookies and similar technologies; and
- Login, security, fraud-prevention, and system activity information.
We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand website usage and improve the website. We do not currently use Google AdSense to serve advertising on the MacroRx+ website.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Create and administer accounts and memberships;
- Process membership transactions and recurring payments;
- Determine eligibility for the Program;
- Prepare, review, and adjust Macro Prescriptions;
- Provide nutrition coaching, accountability, and member support;
- Track member progress and maintain coaching records;
- Operate the private member community;
- Respond to questions and contact requests;
- Send membership, transaction, renewal, account, and service communications;
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our website and services;
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security incidents;
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records;
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions; and
- Comply with applicable law.
We may also use aggregated or deidentified information for business analysis and service improvement where the information cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate MacroRx+, including providers of:
- Website hosting and infrastructure;
- Payment processing;
- Email delivery;
- Analytics;
- Website forms and membership management;
- Cloud productivity and data-storage services; and
- Security, monitoring, backup, and technical support.
These services currently may include providers such as Stripe, Google, Mailgun, Amazon Web Services, and software used to operate our WordPress website.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect the rights or safety of MacroRx+, our members, or others, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction.

4. Cookies and Analytics
MacroRxPlus.com may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate accounts, memberships, forms, security features, and other website functionality.
We also use or may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our website, measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve our services.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete certain cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent some website features from working properly.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for different periods depending on why it was collected.
Complete member intake records and substantive coaching records are generally retained while a membership is active and for up to three years after the membership ends, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a legal, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, or other legitimate business purpose.
Contact-form submissions are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless the information becomes part of an ongoing customer relationship or needs to be retained longer for a legitimate business or legal purpose.
Membership, transaction, tax, accounting, and other business records may be retained for longer periods as reasonably necessary to satisfy accounting, tax, contractual, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.
Security and technical logs may be retained for periods reasonably necessary to maintain and protect our systems.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is retained, we may delete, anonymize, or deidentify it.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access to member information is limited to people and service providers that reasonably need access to operate the Program, provide requested services, or protect MacroRx+ and its systems.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.
Certain information may need to be retained when required or permitted by law, for legitimate accounting or transaction records, to protect against fraud or security threats, to establish or defend legal claims, or for other lawful purposes.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

8. Children’s Privacy
The MacroRx+ Program is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly enroll individuals under age 18 in the Program.
If we learn that an individual under age 18 submitted information for purposes of enrolling in the Program, we may delete that information as appropriate.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and Program may interact with third-party websites, platforms, applications, payment processors, or other services. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
MacroRx+ is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
