Macro Maintainer is a reduced-intensity coaching membership for qualifying MacroRx+ members who have reached an appropriate maintenance phase and want continued accountability to help maintain their progress.

Your membership includes:

• continued access to the private MacroRx+ member community for support and accountability;
• weekly nutrition reporting and accountability;
• weekly coach review of your progress; and
• continued review of your Macro Prescription, with adjustments when appropriate.

Eligibility: Macro Maintainer is available only to qualifying members who have completed at least six months of continuous active regular MacroRx+ membership, remain active at the time of transition, have reached a stage MacroRx+ considers appropriate for maintenance, and are approved by MacroRx+ to transition to Macro Maintainer. Completing six months of membership does not automatically qualify you for Macro Maintainer.
