MacroRx+ Quarterly Coaching

Your membership includes:

  • a personalized Macro Prescription with individual calorie and macronutrient targets;
  • access to the private MacroRx+ member community for support and accountability;
  • ongoing coach feedback on your daily nutrition reporting; and
  • weekly review of your progress and Macro Prescription, with adjustments when appropriate.

Eligibility: MacroRx+ is currently available to adults age 18 or older who are not pregnant and do not have an active eating disorder. After joining, you’ll complete an intake so we can prepare your starting Macro Prescription and determine whether the Program is appropriate for you. If your initial intake shows that you weren’t eligible to participate when you enrolled, we’ll cancel your membership and refund your initial membership payment.

The price for membership is $269.00 every 3 Months.
