You should be putting food into your log as you are weighing it out, immediately before eating.

The best practice is to live by the MacroRx+ “Golden Rule”: “Log it before you eat it”

This means:

  1. Weigh out what you think you want to eat
  2. Log this into your Daily Log
  3. Double check your Nutrition screens for both Macros and Calories are within your prescription.
  4. If you are over calories or too high on carbohydrates, adjust portions accordingly and recheck.
