There is no minimum or maximum number for fat intake on most prescriptions.  Fats are a great part of your diet, and add great flavor and satiety to your food. Now, does that mean you can eat super high fats all the time? Not necessarily. Since your prescription is based on percentages, if your fat numbers are too high, you may find it difficult to meet your minimum protein % intake.  Best type of fats to consume are nuts, avocados, coconut oil and dairy (assuming no allergies/sensitives).
