You should eat as many calories as you can, up to the maximum amount set each week by your macro prescription.

Ideally, you shouldn’t leave more than 50 calories “on the table” to keep your metabolism running well.  We want to break the cycle of under- and over- eating.

If you are full, and still have some calories available, look at very caloric-dense foods like nuts, nut butters, and seeds to use up your calories and get some great fats/protein.
