Paleo Ginger Pork Tenderloin

Marinating your meats ahead of time saves a ton of time at dinner time!  This recipe makes for some happy faces at the dinner table.

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin


  • In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, ginger, honey, and lemon. Add cilantro and garlic.
  • Add the pork and marinate at least an hour.
  • Grill pork tenderloin, flipping once until meat registers 140 degrees. Remove them from grill when they come to temperature and transfer to serving platter to rest for 5 minutes.
