Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions

Make the marinade

  • In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, ginger, honey, and lemon. Add cilantro and garlic.

Marinate

  • Add the pork and marinate at least an hour.
    1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Grill/rest

  • Grill the pork tenderloin, turning as needed, until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Transfer to a serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
